My site talks about that a lot (www.malechastityjournal.com). The fact is that this is really easy. Start out with just a few hours to make sure it is comfortable and no abrasions or other problems develop. Then go overnight. If that is ok, then try three days. After that, it is up to your keyholder. Mrs. Lion had me wait 3 days for a while and then increased it to up to 11 days. There is no right way to do this. If you like to read chastity fantasies, then read the so-called keyholder advice.
This is not a great resource at all. It is a typical male fantasy cloaked as advice from a keyholder.
